Obituary of George Kirby George E. Kirby age 87, died June 13, 2009 at Park Ridge Hospital. He was born June 22, 1921 in Albion a son of the late Dennis & Louise (Strigl) Kirby. He was a member of Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph's Church, B.P.O.Elks Albion Lodge #1006. George was a farmer of fruits and vegetables for many years and in 1970 he and his brother Robert started Kirby's Farm Market in Brockport. He served in the US Army during WW II in the Pacific & European Theater of War in an anti aircraft battery.
