Mr. Joseph Clark Kelly, Sr. 70, of Morrilton, AR departed this life Monday, October 11, 2021. He was born on October 1, 1951 in Mena, AR to the late James Kirby and Oza (Bates) Kelly. He is survived by one son, Joseph C. Kelly, Jr. of Morrilton, AR; one sister Marty of Mena, AR; one granddaughter Ella Kelly of Morrilton, AR and a host of other relatives and friends.
