Bonnie L. Cavender

<p>Bonnie L. Cavender, age 80, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Ohio&rsquo;s Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit.&nbsp; She was born on July 25, 1941, in Lucasville, OH, to the late Roy L. and Gethel Lee (Wills) Travis.</p> <p>Bonnie is survived by her husband of 63 years: Gaylord Cavender; one daughter: Sonya (Robert) Hoover; two grandchildren: Keith Edward Hoover and Kevin Earl (Kirstie) Hoover; and four great grandchildren: Daelyn W. Hoover, Alexia S. Hoover, Kari E. Hoover and Kamden L. Hoover.&nbsp; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister: Norma Jean Adkins.</p> <p>Bonnie was a 1959 graduate of Troy High School.&nbsp; She enjoyed life in general, especially camping, fishing, her grandkids and her great grandkids.&nbsp; She was the best mom, grandma and wife in the world.</p> <p>Graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Miami Memorial Park in Covington with Pastor Steve Wilson officiating.&nbsp; Family will greet friends prior to the service from 1:00 &ndash; 1:30 PM on Monday at the graveside.</p> <p>Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio&rsquo;s Hospice of Miami County, 3230 N. County Road 25A, Troy, OH 45373.&nbsp; Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.bairdfuneralhome.com.</p>
