<p>Johnny Eugene Brown, 66 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Lake City Medical Center.&nbsp; He was born the youngest of 9 children to the late Epstine Brown and Fannie Belle Mason Brown.&nbsp; Mr. Brown was a lifelong resident of Lake City and was of the Baptist faith.&nbsp; He worked in the construction industry and was the owner of Brown&rsquo;s Framing for many years.&nbsp; Mr. Brown was an avid Florida Gator fan and enjoyed fishing.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Betty Brown; and 3 siblings, Buddy Brown, Ruby Smith and Mary Brown.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Survivors include his daughter, Krystal Hillhouse, Ft. White; one brother, James Brown, Perry, GA; four sisters, Jackie Parrott, Macclenny, Sarah Carmichael, Wellborn, Shirley Brown, Starke and Sandra Gill (Donnie), Jacksonville; two grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews including his nephew and caretaker, Randy Tanner, also survive.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral services for Mr. Brown will be conducted on Monday, October 18, 2021, at 11:00 AM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel.&nbsp; Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Bell, FL. Visitation with the family will be prior to the service on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

Johnny Eugene Brown, 66 of Lake City, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Lake City Medical Center.  He was born the youngest of 9 children to the late Epstine Brown and Fannie Belle Mason Brown.  Mr. Brown was a lifelong resident of Lake City and was of the Baptist faith.  He worked in the construction industry and was the owner of Brown’s Framing for many years.  Mr. Brown was an avid Florida Gator fan and enjoyed fishing.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Betty Brown; and 3 siblings, Buddy Brown, Ruby Smith and Mary Brown.

 

Survivors include his daughter, Krystal Hillhouse, Ft.
