Aart (Archie) Vanderhart

1953-2021

With profound sadness I announce the passing of my husband and best friend on October 12, 2021. Arch passed away peacefully in his sleep at home.

Left to mourn his passing is his beloved wife Anne; stepsons Russ (Jenn) and Jeff (Kylie); grandchildren Brooklyn, Russell, Josh, Kingston, Ariyah and Tatum; brother Bert (Connie); sister-in-law Carol; nieces and nephews Robin (Jason), Jason (Evelyn), Tessa (James) and Jesse and their families.

Predeceased by his parents Bart and Janna; sister Angela; brothers Herman and Cor.

Arch had a love for sports including golf, the Vikings, Black Hawks, Jets, Blue Bombers and Blue Jays. He liked fishing, hiking the trails to see what was around the next corner. Back roading was another favourite. A cold beer and a walk around the yard was a must.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held next summer.
