Kenneth Dwayne Owens

Kenneth Dwayne Owens, age 81, Gray, KY passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at his home. He was born on April 2, 1940 in Knox County, KY, the son of the late Walton and Bea Hutton Owens. He was the second of the eight living children. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his baby sister, Netta; brothers: Rick and Phil; baby Arletta who died shortly after birth; and his first wife, Peggy Sparks Owens. Ken and his wife, Pam would have celebrated twenty years together this coming January. He will be missed by all of us. He leaves behind his loving wife, Pam; two sons: Kenneth Dwayne Owens and Mark Owens; granddaughter, Madison Amber Owens; Jay and Florence, his sister-in-law; brother, Donny and his wife Pat; Lois, his older sister and Judy Owens, Phil’s wife along with many beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12 noon, Friday, October 15, 2021 at New Vision Pentecostal Church, 100 Ascot, Gray, KY 40734. Graveside service will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Gray, KY. The family will receive friends 11 a.m. to 12 noon, Friday, October 15, 2021 at New Vision Pentecostal Church. We will all miss Ken and look forward to seeing him again in the not too distant future.
