Sheilah Theodora Wilson Green was born at Maumee Valley Hospital in Toledo Ohio to the union of Theodore R Wilson and Carrie L Patterson Wilson on August 30, 1953.

She attended Pickett Elementary and Libbey High School where she excelled and was Valedictorian of her class. She graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Criminal Justice. She began her Christian walk at an early age under the leadership of Rev. John Carter at Mt Olive Baptist Church. She moved her membership to Calvary Missionary Baptist Church and attended until her passing. She was a faithful student at Sunday School, and she loved attending Pastor Smith’s Bible class. Sheilah chose as her ministry to be a Church Nurse, she was active with Calvary’s Women’s Ministry, whether working with children or the elders she participated wherever she was able.

She was employed by Power Train as a security guard, later working in telemarketing before retiring from Morgan Transportation where she was a dispatcher.

Sheilah loved her family and attended each event referring to them as a family affair. She frequently was the first to arrive. She spent recent years volunteering and being of service to others. She was a concrete thinker, consummate reader and an all-around people person never meeting a stranger. Sheilah loved attending church, talking politics, playing cards, and enjoying life. Nothing came before her children and grandchildren about whom she was constantly talking.

Sheilah was proceeded in death by her parents, grandparents, second Father John Ramsey, brothers Ernest Wilson and Marian” Sidney” Ramsey, niece Shemeka McMillian Villegas.

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband Arthur Green Sr, loving sons Ernest Wilson “Abdul Shakuur”, (Heather Miller), Jasiri Green “Shake.” Her bonus children Lamont Green of North Carolina, Arthur Green Jr., Arlesa Walls, Brittany Carter, Ayanna Jones all from Toledo. Samone Anderson who proceeded her in death. Brothers, Philip Wilson, Sherard Ramsey (Brenda), Manual Ramsey, Detroit Mi, Rodell Ramsey, Toledo. Sisters, Berneda Johnson, (Mark Bell), Betty Wilson, Tanya Wilson, Janice Wilson Brooks (Clark) Lorinda McCalebb all from Toledo., Ora Carson, Jackson Tenn., Bertha Swift, Trenton, Tenn., Kari Ware, Dyer Tenn. Grandchildren, Zack Allen, Jacey Grey, Jariaha Green, Janessa Green, Jasiri Green, Layla Grace Wilson, Troy Miller, Devyn Miller. Nathanial Walls, and Nickolas Walls. Great Grandsons, Cemarion Davis and Landen Smith. Aunts Delores Adams and Charcey Frazier. Nieces, nephews and too many cousins to count or name.
