<p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp; </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp;Clayton Scott Sain passed away at the age of 16 years old on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.&nbsp; Some of his best qualities came from the personal relationship he had with Jesus, his Lord and Savior.&nbsp; His humility, love for people, honesty, determination, and smile were some of the qualities that drew people to him. His humble nature, genuineness, fun-loving personality, and excitement for life inspired and led others to be more. Clayton&#39;s friends and family were very important to him and he loved their time together. Motocross was his passion and few things made him happier than knowing the people he loved most were cheering him on. Clayton is the reigning VURB Classic Moto King and may, or may not be, faster than his Daddy on the track. ;) </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Clayton was born on November 4, 2004 in Green Creek, North Carolina to parents, Jason Scott Sain and Carla Rhymer Sain. He is survived by his parents; his siblings, Madolyn Lucille, Olivia Nora Grace, Josiah Thomas, Phoebe Rebekah, and Andrew Joseph; paternal great-grandparents, Helen Sain and Louise Sheehan; paternal grandparents, Scott and Gwen Sain; maternal grandparents, Donnie and Kathy Rhymer; paternal aunts and uncles, John Sain (Emily), Julie Sain Justice (Brandon); and maternal aunts and uncles, Valerie Rhymer Davis (Matt) and Bruce Rhymer (Benesa). He is also survived by lots of loving cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal great-grandparents, George Sain and J.T. Sheehan; maternal great-grandparents, Red and Becky Rhymer, Horace and Lucille Durham; and maternal uncle, Joey Rhymer. He will be remembered for being a son, grandson, brother and friend who loved well and included all.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Petty Funeral Home in Landrum, SC. A service will be held to celebrate Clayton&rsquo;s homecoming with Jesus at 2 pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at West Point Baptist Church in Rutherfordton, NC.&nbsp; In lieu of flowers, Clayton&rsquo;s family is asking for donations to be sent to MXERS for Jesus with Kevin Cozadd ministries (MxersForJesus.com) or FCA Motocross (https://my.fca.org/markjackson ) to support these impactful motocross ministries.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> To all of Clayton&rsquo;s motocross friends, &ldquo;Send it!&rdquo;</span></p>

 Clayton Scott Sain passed away at the age of 16 years old on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.  Some of his best qualities came from the personal relationship he had with Jesus, his Lord and Savior.  His humility, love for people, honesty, determination, and smile were some of the qualities that drew people to him.
