Adam John Kowalczyk, 74, of Delmont, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. He was born on July 22, 1947 in New Kensington, to the late Chester and Antoinette (Tylka) Kowalczyk. Adam is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Pamela; daughter, Amanda Kowalczyk; sons, Adam Kowalczyk and Chester (Jenny) Kowalczyk of Ohio. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carole Ann Kowalczyk. At Adam's request, there will be no services held at this time.
