Joey was a true character and the life of the party. He always had to be the center of attention with his raunchy jokes or outrageous stories. Joey was a true ladies’ man and one of the best car salesmen in the game but above all else he was a loving father. He grew up in Kearns, Utah and was the oldest of 6 siblings. After leaving the house he entered into the car business where he became a star, from top salesman to walk around competition champion. He continued in that business for years from Utah to Idaho until he decided to try a new venture and got into the Trucking industry in 1996 when formed his own company Sanchez Trucking as an owner/operator where he also thrived to be the best at what he did.  He also had a love for thrift stores where he eventually started his own shop called Grandma's Attic in downtown Twin Falls. He had love for a lot of things but nothing compared to the love he had for his children. The world lost an amazing man, father, brother and true friend to many. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten in the hearts and memories of so many people.

Joey is survived by his children: Megan Bogart of King of Prussia, PA, Heather Sanchez of Wendell, ID, Kayden Cooper of Meridian, ID, and Brock Cooper of Malibu, CA; as well as his two grandchildren James & Jacksen; his brother and four sisters and many cousins.

There will be finger foods and drinks provided.

As a family since we lost such an amazing man to Covid we do ask that those in attendance practice social distancing or wear a mask when needed if possible so no one else has to go through this pain and loss.
