Lois Seeburger

RIGA - Lois Ann Seeburger, aged 88 of Riga, Michigan, died Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. She was born September 7, 1933, to Albert John and Florence (Dunbar) Jacobs. Lois graduated from Blissfield High School and in July of 1952, she married Carl Lewis Seeburger and he preceded her in death. Lois was employed as a baker for Blissfield Community Schools. She loved canning, baking, playing cards, her favorite being Euchre, and making tapes of sermons and delivering then to shut ins. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Riga, Michigan. Surviving Lois are her children, Brian (Vickie) Seeburger and Diann (Gilbert) Bills, a sister, Joyce Fink, three grandchildren; Greg Bills, Amie Brown and Trevor Seeburger, four great-grandchildren; Bridjet and Reegan Brown and Bailey and Ian Seeburger. In addition to her husband, Carl, Lois was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Brenda Archambeau, a sister, Leona Robinson and a brother, Vern Jacobs. A public visitation for family and friends will be held from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m., on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Anderson-Rudd Funeral Home in Blissfield, Michigan. Funeral services will be private with burial in Riga Cemetery. You may send condolences to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Northwest, Ohio or St. John’s Lutheran Church in Riga. Envelopes are available at Anderson-Rudd Funeral Home in Blissfield.
