MIDLAND CITY. . . Martha Chandler Proctor, a resident of Midland City, died Tuesday afternoon, March 11, 2014, at her home. She was 95.             Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, March 13, 2014, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Michael Senn officiating. Burial will follow in the Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the mortuary in Headland.             Mrs. Proctor was a lifelong resident of Midland City, daughter of the late Cody Chandler and Nancy Lewis Chandler. She was preceded in death by her husband, William James Proctor, a son-in-law, Dennis Sheppard, two sisters, Emma Wilkerson and Eula Condrey, five brothers, Walter Chandler, Mixon Chandler, Preston Chandler, James Chandler, and Sam Chandler.             Surviving relatives include two daughters, Annette Sheppard, and Betty Hitchcock (Kenneth); two sons, Bobby Proctor (Betty Jean), and Larry Proctor (Brenda), all of Midland City; ten grandchildren, Katie Cunningham (Justin), Eddie Sheppard, Kathy Johnson (Jack), Sheila Kaperak (Petey), Earl Hitchcock (Anitra), Don Proctor, Lisa Hitchcock (Jason), Ray Proctor (Brenda), Teresa Moats (Tim), and Patsy Proctor; twenty-six great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.             Serving as active pallbearers will be Eddie Sheppard, Earl Hitchcock, Don Proctor, Ray Proctor, David Kaperak, and Waylon Johnson.
