Betty Lou Smith, 91, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at her home.  She was born on February 11, 1930 to Macel and Violet (Bishop) Wolfe in Pennington Gap, Virginia.

Betty was a homemaker and attended Noblesville Baptist Temple.

She is survived by her husband, Sterling Ray Smith; daughter, Vickie (Ed) Bennett; son, David (Kyle) Smith; sister, Anna Mae (Allen) Wallace; brother, Roy (Shirley) Wolfe; several nieces and nephews; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Noblesville Baptist Temple, 1338 Pleasant Street in Noblesville, with Pastor Seth Leeman officiating.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am to the time of service at the church.  Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
