Karen K. Schneck

<p>Karen K. Schneck, 78, of Slatington passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in her home.&nbsp; Born in Walnutport on February 11, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Lorraine (Snyder) Coffin.&nbsp; &nbsp;Karen retired from EB Games, working as a manager for various Lehigh Valley locations.&nbsp; Prior to that, she owned/operated a floral shop in Palmerton, and also worked for Paris Neckware in Walnutport.&nbsp; &nbsp;Karen was a member of Christ UCC, Walnutport, a lifelong member of the Emerald Fire Co., and volunteered with NOVA and the Shriners.&nbsp; &nbsp;She had an artistic flare and was passionate about gardening.<br /> Karen is survived by children: James Schneck and wife Lisa of Lehighton, Lynette and husband Philip Zopf of Long Pond, Keith Schneck and wife Lorrie of Stroudsburg; 6 Grandchildren; 4 Great-Grandchildren; sister: Lois and husband Ron Szapacs of Slatington.&nbsp; She was predeceased by a granddaughter Lauren and sisters, Doris Smith, Joan Coffin, &amp; Susan Kreiss<br /> A celebration of life will be held at 1PM on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Christ UCC, 309 Main Street, Walnutport.&nbsp; &nbsp; Immediately following the service, fellowship will be provided from 2 to 4PM in the church social hall.&nbsp; &nbsp;Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, 25-27 N. Second St, Slatington.&nbsp; In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to either the Slatington Library or to Shriner&rsquo;s International, both c/o the funeral home.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
