<p>William Marston Cullen</p><p><br></p><p>Dover, NH: William (Bill) Marston Cullen, 39, of Preble Street died suddenly on 12th, October, 2021 at his home. </p><p><br></p><p>He was born on September 28th 1982 at Wentworth-Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH; the son of Richard A. and Pamela J. (Grovo) Cullen. </p><p><br></p><p>Bill loved to cook and loved to see the looks on people’s faces when they tried his culinary dishes. He was a quiet, sensitive, and loving person who was happy to accept other people for who they are without judgement. His clever little grin will be missed. He attended Southeastern New Hampshire Christian Academy (SENHCA) and graduated from Dover High School. </p><p><br></p><p>Bill is survived by his mother and father; brother, John R. Cullen; sister-in-law, Erin A Cullen; his nephews Wesley J. and Jonah S. Cullen; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Flowers are welcome, but instead the family encourages memorial contributions be made in his name to Pope Memorial Humane Society Cocheco Valley, 221 County Farm Road, Dover NH 03820 and/or the Southeastern NH Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services, 272 County Farm Rd, Dover, NH 03820.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends and family may call from 10:00-11:00am on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Wiggin Purdy McCooey Dion Funeral Home, 655 Central Ave., Dover, NH.
