Sheryl M. Dalton Obituary

Sheryl M. Dalton, 55, of Navarre, FL, passed away suddenly in her home on September 8, 2021. Daughter of the late Bill and Barbara Dalton, Sheryl grew up in Rockland MA, graduating Rockland High School in 1984. Sheryl had three beautiful children who, along with her grandchildren, were the light of her life, center of her world, end all – be all! She raised her family in Brockton MA where her career focus was caring for others at New England Sinai Hospital and providing individualized home health care for more than a decade. Sheryl really loved Florida! She enjoyed nothing more than to bask in the warmth of the sun and hunt for seashells. After decades of vacationing in Florida’s Emerald Coast where she visited with her parents and sister, she made the move to Navarre Fl in 2011 to be at the beach she loved so much. Her Florida life kept her outside as often as possible. Whether working in her yard and flower gardens, boating or fishing with her family and friends, or simply walking piers and the surf, Sheryl was where she needed to be. Sheryl was a vibrant and passionate woman who brought energy and joy to every room she stepped into. Her infectious smile warmed the room much like the sun warmed her. She liked to say her door was always open – and it was. She was the first to welcome you to town and the one to see you off safely. She brought laughter and love to the simple things. Whether it be building puzzles and then tearing them up – only to do them again or engaging the babies with chalk, swings, jet skiing, swimming, and beach days. Grandma Sheryl brought so much joy to their lives. She was completely infatuated with all her grandbabies. Sheryl is survived by her partner Eric J. Burton and her children: son Ronald Rosher, daughters Jaclyn and Kelsey Rosher; her grandchildren: Ava, Amaya, Cadence, Cassidy, Tripp, Vanessa and Dominic; and her siblings Sheila and Paul Fallon, William Dalton and Lisa Gwen, Scott and Melissa Dalton, Sean and Gillian Dalton. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, both grand and great, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 16, at 1:00 pm at Russell & Pica Funeral home, 441 South Main Street, West Bridgewater Ma. Followed by a celebration of life gathering at Barretts in West Bridgewater Ma
