Michael Ray Christensen, Sr., age 71, of the Steep Hollow community, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021, in Harrison County.

Mr. Christensen was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Ethel Christensen; his wife, Dolores Anna Christensen; his son, Roy Ross; one brother; and one sister.

Survivors include his companion of 12 years, Judy Johnson; his 4 children, Michael, Jr. (Jessica), Melinda, Robert (Cindy) and John (Ellie); his siblings, Carl (Millie) and Dorothy; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was a native of Biloxi and was a long-time resident of the Steep Hollow Community. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and dancing; and he was of the Catholic faith.
