<p>Cynthia F. Oldham, age 62, of Altoona, died 09/27/2021 at her residence. &nbsp;She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Anna E. Laird. &nbsp;Surviving are her life partner, Richard Ulrich, her extended Ulrich family, good friends: &nbsp;Barbie, Larry and Betsy. &nbsp;Cindy was preceded in death by a sister, Judith Ann Oldham and a brother, S. Tom Oldham. &nbsp;Cindy retired as a secretary from Southern Alleghenies. &nbsp;A graveside service will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. October 16th at Grandview Cemetery, Altoona.</p>
