Carrissa C. Crane Bay City, Michigan Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at her residence, age 71. The daughter of Harold Bose and Marie (Hempel) Penner she was born August 21, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan. After high school she attended Central Michigan University and was proud to obtain her Associate’s Degree from there. She was a member of Infant of Prague Catholic Church in Bay City and enjoyed taking color tours of upper Michigan, going to the casino with her friend Dean and having great long conversations with her friends at Pine Towers. Carrissa loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and extended family. Surviving Carrissa is her son Paul (Terra) Crane, four grandchildren: Anthony, Jacob, Nathan and Amanda, three great grandchildren: William, Charlee and Scarlett, one sister Marlene (Dennis) Hladysh and many nieces and nephews. Carrissa was predeceased by one son Richard Topolewski, her father Harold Bose, her mother and step-father, Marie (Thomas) Penner, one brother Roger Bose and a nephew Nathan Bose. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 at 5:00 PM at Squires Funeral Home. Private interment will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.
