Lance Richard Stelzer

Lance Richard Stelzer, age 30, of Cadott WI died suddenly on October 8, 2021 in the town of Goetz. He was born December 20, 1990 to Michelle Stelzer Boura at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI. Lance was very creative and enjoyed camping, fishing, playing guitar, and internet game Minecraft and had reached expert level where he could compete for prizes. He was very proud of those accomplishments. He was an excellent cook and was very concerned with healthy eating. He diligently studied how carbohydrates effected those with cancer and diabetes. He was very versed in the Bible and quoted it daily. Lance suffered from bi-polar and schizophrenia which he fought bravely through the years. Lance is now free from those illnesses that tormented him daily and is at peace. He is survived by his Mother Michelle Boura, Step-father Dan Boura, half-sister Kiera Boura all of Macomb, Michigan. His Aunt Rebecca Stelzer with whom he resided with for the past seven years. His Grandmother Pamela Vondrasek of Eau Claire, Uncle Jason Mertens of Eau Claire, Aunt Amy Rehm of Lake Worth, Florida, plus many cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal Grandfather Gerald Stelzer and Grandmother Patricia Stelzer. Due to Covid risks a graveside service will be held on November 6th at 1pm Brooklawn Cemetery in Cadott with Pastor Steve Mohr presiding. Please meet at the Cemetery. Leiser Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
