Margaret "Naomi" Nelson
Margaret "Naomi" Nelson, age 70, was born January 12, 1951 to Robert and Margaret Tucker. She was a native of Mobile, AL. Naomi passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021. She is survived by her spouse of 50 years, George Edward Nelson, Jr.; her sister, Cynthia E. Brazell; her children, Kenneth E. Nelson and Robin P. (Nelson) Williams; her grandchildren, Kimberly Collins and Aidan Knight; one great-grandchild, Owen Luke Collins; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert P. Tucker and Nannie Margaret Tucker; her father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Carolyn Jean (Alexander) Nelson and George Edward Nelson, Sr. Naomi spent her entire life dedicated to loving and nurturing her family. She and her husband celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage just this past May. She will be dearly missed by all her many loved ones. There will be a brief memorial service held at 11:00 A.M. on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Ascension Funeral Home, 1016 Hillcrest Road, Mobile, AL 36695 for family and friends to remember the life of Naomi. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for any contributions to be made to Children's Hospital as Naomi had a very tender heart for these children.Obituary
