Thomas F Marquis
<p style="text-align: justify;">Thomas F Marquis, age 82, of St Paris, OH passed away in Springfield Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness, on October 12, 2021. He was born on January 31, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Frederick and Delores (Hatch) Marquis.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">He married Eleanor L. (Current) Marquis on September 3, 1983 and she preceded him in death on April 18, 2013.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Thomas graduated from Greenon High School in 1959. He served in the U.S Air Force for 8 years. He retired from KTH Industries in 2001. Thomas was a loving husband and a good friend to all. He loved canoeing, fishing and listening to country western music.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Survivors include Paul and Mary Wheeland of St Paris, and Jennie Cottrell of Lee, Florida. He had many nieces and nephews.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">At Tom’s request, he will be cremated. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, St Paris at the convenience of the family.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Atkins-Shively Funeral Home, St Paris is serving the family.
