Mary Lorraine Scholz passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday October 8, 2021 in her one hundredth year at Twin Lakes Terrace Long Term Care Sarnia. Predeceased by husband Ted in 1995 after more than 50 years of marriage. Survived by her two sons John (Judy) Sarnia and David (Bonnie) of Picton. Grandmother of Douq (Val), Allan, Beth (Mike) and Mathew (Chrissy). GG of Violet, Baxter and Holden. Lorraine had a lonq and devoted career as a financial advisor. Summers were enjoyed at the beach at Port Franks and winter in Seminole Florida. Visitors were always welcome with open arms whether it be for a coffee or a beverage at Happy Hour. She was very open minded and was an avid reader. And was eager to share her knowledge with anyone. Many thanks to Twin Lakes staff for their love and care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Knox Presbyterian Church in Thedford or a charity of your choice. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will occur in the future. Date to be determined.
