Ben Weisman
<p>Ben Rosenthal Weisman, 93, of Cumming, Ga passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 of Lung Cancer.</p><p><br></p><p>Ben was born May 17, 1927, in Atlanta, Georgia and was the son of the late Sam and Mildred Weisman. He was also proceeded in death by his wife of 57 years, Juanita Brown Weisman, his daughter, Millie Weisman Parrish and sister Roselyn Joe Weisman Jones.</p><p><br></p><p>Ben was a Veteran of World War II and loved his country. In his retirement he enjoyed gardening, taking care of the backyard birds and his animals. He especially enjoyed spending time with his beloved family and we can't forget his infamous sweet tooth for chocolates and cookies.</p><p><br></p><p>Ben is survived by his daughters Jan Weisman and Beverly Bishop, son-in-laws Kim Bishop, David Parrish and Zan Rogers, grandchildren Jordon Parrish and Josh Parrish, his partner Cecile Hester of 14 years, as well as numerous loved extended relatives.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Friday, October 22, 2021 at South Canton Funeral Home.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial services are scheduled for October 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Jones Perkins officiating.
