Donald Francis Walsh

It is with full hearts that the family of Donald Francis Walsh announce his passing at Kennebec Manor on the morning of October 13, 2021.  Donald was born in Saint John the son of the late Gordon John and Freda (Leavitt) Walsh.  Don worked for the Port of Saint John in his younger years and then in the appliance retail and repair business for many years before his retirement.  He was a member of the Saint John Coin Club and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 53.  Donald was the last surviving member of his immediate family.  As well as by his parents, Donald was predeceased by his sister Carol Gray and his brother Peter John Paulin.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J 2G3.  As per Donald’s request, a graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery on Monday October 18, 2021 at 1:00 PM.  Donations to a charity of your choice in Donald’s memory would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences are available at:  www.fundyfuneralhome.com
