Jane F. Marandola. 94, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021 at Kent Regency, Warwick. She was the loving wife of the late Lawrence Marandola. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Edmund and Mary F.R. (Fay) Brennan. Jane was the beloved mother of the late Lawrence Marandola; sister of Louise Michaud and the late Rita Major, Catherine Fontaine, Genevieve Costa, Barbara Ross, Mary Brennan, Edmund Brennan and Thomas Brennan; grandmother of Lawrence & his wife, Cheryl. Jane also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins she loved very much. A resident of Greenwood Terrace in Warwick for the last 30 years, she loved cooking delicious meals and baking pastries for all to enjoy, and playing bingo with her friends. She was also the Sunshine for the building tenant association, where she made sure holidays and birthdays were recognized and celebrated. She worked for numerous companies including US Rubber, Atlantic Mills, Nyman Manufacturing, and Roger Williams Hospital. After her retirement, she was also a Foster Grandparent as part of the Foster Grandparent Program of Rhode Island. After her time at Greenwood Terrace, she moved to Kent Regency in Warwick, where she spent time with her sister Louise as roommates. She enjoyed her time with her sister, and enjoyed her daily phone call with her friend Betty, where they would keep each other updated on the latest soap-opera drama. A visitation will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 9-11 am with a service to follow at 11 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
