Deborah Faye “Debbie” Jones, wife of Virgil Reed Jones, of North Middletown, departed this life on Monday, October 11, 2021, at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, having attained the age of 67 years. She was born on December 19, 1953, in Little Rock, Kentucky, the daughter of Geneva Mae Bryant Hutchison and the late John Hutchison, Jr. Debbie was a homemaker, a member of Peyton Lick Christian Church, loved flowers, children, collecting Boyd Bears, and visiting with the residents at Bourbon Heights. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Hutchison, and a grandson, Matthew Jude Jones.

Along with her husband Virgil and mother, Geneva, survivors include two sons, Tracy Reed Jones, Shannon Lee (Krista) Jones; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie Jones, Sarah Elizabeth Jones, and Clayton Lee Jones. Also surviving is one great grandchild, Emery Robert Jones; one brother, John Leslie (Debra) Hutchison; two sisters, Melissa Mae (Mike) Webb, Melanie Dawn (Randy) Harris; and a sister-in-law, Geneva Hutchison. She was greatly loved by several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service for Deborah Faye “Debbie” Jones will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Perry officiating. Interment will follow in Hutchison Family Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. www.hintonturner.com
