<p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">It is with great sadness that the family of Richard Lachance announce his passing on Oct 10, 2021 at the age of 69 yrs.&nbsp; He will be remembered by his loving wife Marthe, son Daryl, daughters Danielle (Curtis), Renee (Dennis), and Donna, Granddaughter Elizabeth, brother Danny and special family friend Kristi Ringuette.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">Richard and his twin brother were born November15, 1951 to Vital and Violet Lachance who homesteaded in the Vimy area.&nbsp; He had a successful career as a mechanic for numerous years.&nbsp; Family was incredibly important to Richard.&nbsp; Without trying, he taught us to be strong, compassionate and to have patience.&nbsp; Richard was your classic handyman that could fix anything.&nbsp; He loved to tinker in his garage and was only a phone call away to lend a helping hand.&nbsp; He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">The family wishes to send a thank you to Dr Keay, Westlock Homecare, Palliative Healthcare team, and the Paramedics from Palliative and End-of-Life Care program.&nbsp; A special thank you to Kristi-without her love and support, we would have never been able to complete Richards final wish, to be amongst loved ones during his passing at home.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;">&nbsp;We have an angel looking over us and he will be treasured in our hearts always.</span></strong></p>
