<p>Thomas &ldquo;Lynn&rdquo; Ellenburg, age 57, of Inlet Beach, FL, passed away on Thursday, Oct 7, 2021, in Miramar Beach, FL.&nbsp; He was born on August 17, 1964.&nbsp;He was born on August 17, 1964, in Geneva, AL,&nbsp;to Thomas Ellenburg and Jean Motley. &nbsp;</p> <p>Lynn graduated from Terry Parker High School. He started with Publix Supermarkets in 1981, was employed as a store manager and retired from Publix with 38 years of service. Lynn married the love of his life on January 26, 1991, at Arlington Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL, to Stacy Smith Ellenburg. He accepted Jesus Christ as his lord and savior Easter Sunday 1992 and was an active member of North Jacksonville Baptist church and more recently attended Destiny Worship Center in Panama City Beach, FL. Lynn enjoyed spending time with his family, vacationing, fishing, being a handyman and making others laugh. He was the family grill master and loved being the &ldquo;chef.&rdquo;&nbsp; Lynn was an avid sports fan and his favorite football teams were the New England Patriots and the Florida Gators, and favorite NASCAR driver was Jeff Gordon.&nbsp; Most of all, he loved and cherished his family.&nbsp;</p> <p>Lynn is survived by his wife, Stacy Ellenburg of Inlet Beach, FL; children, Ale Ellenburg Kenney (Andrew) and Jordan &ldquo;JD &ldquo;Ellenburg; mothers, Jean Motley and Nancy Ellenburg; siblings, Crissy Ellenburg Baxley and Tayna Ellenburg Hand; father-in-law, Russell Smith Sr.; and many brothers-in-laws, sisters- in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas J. C. Ellenburg; brother, TJ Ellenburg; and mother-in-law, Dolores Stewart Smith.</p> <p>The family will receive friends at North Jacksonville Baptist Church, 8531 North Main St, Jacksonville, FL,&nbsp;32218, on Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 9:30 to 10:00 am. &nbsp;A memorial service will begin at 10:00 am with Pastor Tim Rigdon and Tony Zeaiter officiating.&nbsp;</p> <p>You may send flowers from Kuhn Flowers, Flowers Express or Dinsmore Florist, all of Jacksonville or&nbsp;&nbsp;make a donation to St. Judes Children&rsquo;s Hospital at stjude.org, in Lynn&rsquo;s memory.</p> <p>To share memories, send condolences and sign the online guestbook, please visit www.daviswatkins.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

I knew Lynn as Thomas. We worked together in 30A. He was and always will be the absolute best. Thomas was always kind and respectful to everyone. Thomas will alway hold a special place in my heart. My condolences to the Elllenburg family.
