It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane, on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in her 85th year. Loving wife to the late William “Bill” Spielvogel for 60 years. Dear mother to Colleen Marchment, Deb (Keith) Fendley and the late Kristin Spielvogel (2019). Proud “Mama” to 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother William D. Dawkins (Pat née Manes). Predeceased by her sister Faye Pink and Dorothy Tremblay. Family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton, Ontario on Thursday, October 14, 2021, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Private Funeral Service will be held at the Knox Presbyterian Church, 44 Main Street North, Acton. Interment at Fairview Cemetery. Due to Covid protocols, there will be no reception. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
