Gerald “Jerry” R. Stephen returned to his Creator on February 13, 2016. He is survived by his partner of 45 years, Jimmy T. Smith. Jerry was also the adored son of the late George and Roseanne Stephen; loving brother of the late George (Jan) Stephen and the late Thomas (Pat and former wife Karen) Stephen and fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 5 for a memorial service at the Loretto Convent, 1600 Somerset Lane, Wheaton, Illinois.
