<p>Kathleen Burns</p> <p> - 02/05/2018</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Kathleen Burns, age 70 of Kewaunee, Wisconsin (formerly of Villa Park, Illinois) died on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Emerald Shores Assisted Living.&nbsp; She was born on September 12, 1947 in Illinois to the late Richard and Geraldine (Lemar) Burns.</p> <p>She lived in Illinois most of her life and moved to Door County, Wisconsin in total, twenty-three years.&nbsp; She worked at the Villa Nova Restaurant as a waitress for many years, as well as various other restaurants in the area. She loved being around people and laughing. She enjoyed cooking meals for her family and friends and being at family celebrations. She had a passion for photography and always had a camera in her hand. She was an avid artist of oil paintings and specialized in still life. Kathe was a music lover, especially classic rock music. Nothing made her happier than having her children and grandchildren around her.</p> <p>Survivors include three sons and one daughter-in-law: Ricky Burns, Door County; Gregory and Sharon Snyder Jr., Oswego, IL; Ryan Kuhlmann, Algoma; two daughters and one son-in-law: Bridget Snyder, Glen Ellyn, IL and Dana and Lance Zeigler, Glen Ellyn, IL; seven grandchildren: Ambur; Stephanie; Nicole; Kyle; Megan; Mikey; Delilah; one great grandchild: Davauhn; three sisters: Donna (Joe) Czepcynski; Eileen Robbs; Maureen (Dan) Prescott; two brothers: George Sherwin and Patrick Sherwin. Kathe was a beloved Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother: Michael Sherwin.</p> <p><strong>Memorial &nbsp;Visitation Saturday Feb 17, 2018 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with at memorial service at 6:30 p.m. at Steuerle &nbsp;Funeral Home 350 S. Kathleen Burns, age 70 of Kewaunee, Wisconsin (formerly of Villa Park, Illinois) died on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Emerald Shores Assisted Living.  She was born on September 12, 1947 in Illinois to the late Richard and Geraldine (Lemar) Burns.
