Margaret M. Snobl, nee Fenhouse, age 92 of West Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Vladimir Snobl; loving mother of Thomas (Debra) Snobl, Steven Snobl, David (Darcey) Snobl, Nancy (Robert) Polich; dear grandmother of Matthew, Megan, Madelyn, Sedona Snobl, Lauren (Trent) Carlson, Nicole (Jake) Morris; aunt, relative and friend of many.
Margie’s love for life was evident in her consistent, contagious smile and positive energy. Her concern for others was apparent both to her friends and family as well as in her dedicated work with seniors for 15 years as York Townships Transportation Supervisor. She was also a Republican Committeewomen for many years.
Margie was a devoted Chicago Cubs and Tiger Woods fan, the latter evident in always owning a cat named, “Tiger”. She loved Frank Sinatra, the full music catalog always playing in her car. She had a love for animals especially those who visited her yard, squirrel and bird feeding a daily event. In summer days you would find her enjoying her cherished garden. She will be missed by all! Or, as Margie would always say when departing after a visit: “See you later, alligator”, we’ll say: “After while, crocodile!”
