Angela Rae Ennis Angela Rae Ennis, 81, of Palatka, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 10, 2021, and was a fighter all the way to the end. She was born in Cairo, GA and had lived in Putnam County for many years. Angela had worked as a cook for Peniel Academy and in her leisure time she enjoyed fishing, watching her LMN and Hallmark shows and college football… “Go Noles!” & “Go Dawgs!”. She was happiest when spending time with her family and was affectionately known by her grand and great-grandchildren as Granny Rae. Her whole world revolved around her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were her joy in life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray H. Ennis, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her children, Brenda Barber (Ranie), Glenda Keeton (Paul), Angie Hall (Briggs) and Michael Ennis (Kayla), grandchildren, Molly, Christopher (Julia), Stacy (Ibra), Stephanie, Joshua, Samantha, Wade (Kerri), Rennie, Mikey, Trenton, Karlie and Shaylee, as well as 9 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Bennie Reynolds officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:00 am until time of services.
