Kalvin Thomas Hepworth & Azure Reed Hepworth

Kalvin Thomas Hepworth was born at 9:31 PM on September 17, 2021, weighing 1 pound, 4 ounces. Azure Reed Hepworth was born the same day at 9:33 PM weighing 1 pound, 6 ounces. The identical twins were joyfully received by their loving parents, Tianna and Benjamin Hepworth, at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

The twins were born 17 weeks premature, but they battled valiantly in the NICU for 15 days. Kalvin and Azure enjoyed visits from mommy and daddy every day while they went through several medical procedures and emergency surgeries. The boys experienced hugs, kisses, blessings, familiar songs sung by mommy and daddy, and some pretty great snuggles before passing peacefully from their parents’ arms into their heavenly home at 2:41 PM on October 2, 2021. 

Kalvin and Azure are deeply loved and missed by their parents, Tianna and Benjamin Hepworth, their big brother, Evren, and their grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many others. Their family looks forward eagerly to the day when they can hold and play with Kalvin and Azure again in heaven.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Chapel, 222 South 100 East, Nephi, Utah. The interment will follow at the Vine Bluff Cemetery in Nephi, Utah.
