<p><br /> Alan Williams<br /> Centerfield, UT</p> <p>Alan Ned Williams passed away in his sleep on October 11, 2021, at the age of 71. He was born on August 19, 1950, to Ned and Arthella Williams, in Mesa, Arizona.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a young man, Alan served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Upstate New York.&nbsp; He was married to Mynoa Ray on November 24, 1971, in the Mesa Arizona Temple. They were blessed with twelve children.</p> <p>Alan graduated with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.&nbsp; He loved his family, gardening, cars, serving others, teaching, studying the scriptures, sharing the gospel, and serving in the temple.&nbsp; Alan was a very hard worker, and taught his children to do the same by working with them.&nbsp; He was an entrepreneur, starting and managing many businesses throughout his life.&nbsp;</p> <p>Alan was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served faithfully in many callings throughout his life.&nbsp; He and Mynoa served as senior couple missionaries in Nebraska.&nbsp; Their service was divided between the Winter Quarters Nebraska Temple, the Winter Quarters Visitor Center, supporting the local church unit, and sharing the gospel.&nbsp; They also served as missionaries locally while living in Smithfield, Utah.&nbsp; Mynoa passed away on January 26, 2020.</p> <p>Alan was married to Lisa Greenhalgh Rhodes on May 16, 2020, in Centerfield, Utah.&nbsp; She has cared for him since he suffered a major stroke in August, 2020.&nbsp;</p> <p>Alan is preceded in death by his parents, Ned and Arthella Williams; his sister Sheryl (Dennis); and his first wife, Mynoa Ray Williams. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Williams; his children, David (Cherise), Duane (Ruth), Juli (Peter), Russell, Keith (Meagen), Shirlene (Scott), Amy (Trevor), Josh (Emily), Nephi (Hannah), Spencer (Juliette), Moroni (Sarah), and Camilla (James); forty-eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Jeannine (Lavar), Dorothy (Bill); and brothers, Phildon (Donna), Ted (Susan), Terry (Linda), Dale (Lucy), John (Lana), Loris, Gerald (Mary Jane).</p> <p>A viewing will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, 230 South Main Street, Centerfield, Utah, on October 15, 2021, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. The funeral will take place in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center, 195 W 300 S, Orem, Utah, at 11:00 a.m., on October 16, 2021.&nbsp; Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery, 1520 N 800 E, Orem, Utah.&nbsp; Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.&nbsp;</p>

Alan Williams

Alan Ned Williams passed away in his sleep on October 11, 2021, at the age of 71. He was born on August 19, 1950, to Ned and Arthella Williams, in Mesa, Arizona. 

As a young man, Alan served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Upstate New York.  He was married to Mynoa Ray on November 24, 1971, in the Mesa Arizona Temple. They were blessed with twelve children.

A viewing will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel, 230 South Main Street, Centerfield, Utah, on October 15, 2021, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. The funeral will take place in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center, 195 W 300 S, Orem, Utah, at 11:00 a.m., on October 16, 2021.  Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery, 1520 N 800 E, Orem, Utah.  Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
