Jacqueline Anne Curtis (Muhlheim) passed away peacefully at her home in Arkansas City on October 8, 2021.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a,m., Thursday, October 14, 2021 at the Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City. Chaplain Dan Floyd will officiate.
Jacqueline was born in France and came to the United States as a child with her family. They settled in Arkansas City where she attended Arkansas City High, graduating in 1965. In 1966, she married James Harold Curtis. Jacqueline was a lifelong resident of Arkansas City and proud to call Ark City home.
She is survived by her Son Timothy Curtis; daughter, Jennifer Ray and Spouse, Joseph; grandchildren, James Curtis and spouse, Andrea, Rebecca Sybrant and spouse, Jason, Avery Ray and Tobias ray; brother, Michael Muhlheim; sisters, Bernice Gonzales and Spouse, Jumbo, and Linda Spoons; brother in law, Bob Curtis and spouse, Victoria; aunts, Anette Mocaer and Odette Moreno; four great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and her dog, Dixie.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Curtis and his parents; sister in law, Kay Hudson; cousin, Jacque Mocaer; nephews, Mark Spoons and Heath Curtis.
A memorial has been established with the Alzheimer’s and Similar Diseases. Contributions may be made through the funeral home
