Nicholas Seth Alexander Pascagoula, Mississippi Obituary

Nicholas Seth Alexander

Like many 3rd born children, Seth Alexander was a surprise. Both Ricky and Elizabeth cried, but for different reasons. Sissy let them both know that Seth would be a great blessing, no doubt about it. And what a blessing he would turn out to be.

Despite the fact that he looked like a little old man when he was born, Seth always had a young spirit, a fact that would challenge his father, whom we would all come to later nickname Paw Paw. He also had an entrepreneur’s spirit at an early age. Seth and his buddy Landan started selling fish to a local restaurant at the back door as teenagers, and Seth ran crab traps with his own skiff at the beach and the river. It was then he found his passion, golf. In the years that followed that discovery, any spare minute, you would find Seth on the golf course- often with his dad and his brother Sam. Elizabeth never picked up a club, but often liked to ride along for the fun. Emma Kate was not the biggest fan of the golf course, but he knew that they both loved a good boat trip or a ride down the beach. Anything that involved his family, Seth was happy to do. Seth also loved working with his dad. His passion and talent earned him a golf scholarship, and he had talked often about pursuing a career in construction management.

Seth had a winning smile, one he shared with the world often. He was kind, with a gentle spirit. He liked to tease and give a hard time, but it was always good natured. He loved to gamble on the golf course, but not as much as he loved to win. He loved to fish, but he loved the cookout or boil or whatever the after party was even more. He loved the outdoors, no matter the activity, but he loved sharing it with others even more. His new friends from college couldn’t help but notice when they came home with him that around every corner was a friend wanting a word with him. And he was always willing to share his time and never met a stranger. He was also always willing to help someone in need, even if it meant wrangling a turkey named Fred out of the backseat of a truck.

Seth leaves behind a loving family, his parents Ricky and Elizabeth Alexander and siblings Sam and Emma Kate. He also leaves a town full of people that will forever love and remember him.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 14, 2021 at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 PM. Obituary
