SCOTLAND NECK NC: Rudolph Hines Sr., 93, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.

A floating visitation will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC 27874. 

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Tillery Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 40 Community Center Road, Halifax, North Carolina.

Interment will immediately follow in the Shields Cemetery, Tillery, NC.

Due to COVID-19 and for the protection of our families, visitors, and staff; New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. will be following all CDC guidelines by implementing social distancing, limiting the number of persons in attendance, and requiring the wearing of masks for all services.
