<p>Hagerstown, MD &ndash; Stanley James Taylor, 88, of Hagerstown, MD and currently a resident at Laurel Lakes Nursing Home in Chambersburg, PA passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Laurel Lakes Nursing Home in Chambersburg, PA.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was born on January 20, 1933 in Enhaut, PA to the late James and Hazel Green Taylor.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was employed by Mack Trucks, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD until his retirement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Stanley was a veteran of the U.S. Army.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown, MD.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He was also a member of Potomac Post #202 American Legion in Williamsport, MD and also a member of several Masonic Organizations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Stanley is survived by his son Brian Taylor and his wife Cheryl of Ewa Beach, HI; son Brent Taylor and wife Carol of Hagerstown, MD; grandchildren Brian Taylor, II and girlfriend Alexis, Brandon Taylor and his wife Kisa, Cory Taylor and his wife Ami, Tasha Lotz and her husband Eric, Casey Smith and her husband Timothy, and Zachary Taylor; great grandchildren Briana, Brooke, Brian Lee, III, Evan, Aurora, Jordan, Madison, Alexis, Lillian, Natalie, and Taylor; sister Karen Taylor of Camp Hill, PA.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Roger Taylor and his nephew Alan Stare.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Services will be private.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Online condolences may be made to the family at:</p> <p>www.osbornefuneralhome.net</p>

He was born on January 20, 1933 in Enhaut, PA to the late James and Hazel Green Taylor.

 

He was employed by Mack Trucks, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD until his retirement.

 

Stanley was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

 

He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown, MD.
