David B. Morgan

David Brian Morgan, 65, of Lexington, NC, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. Dave was born in Trenton, NJ, Dave was graduate of Steinert High School and attended Mercer County Community College where he graduated as a license practical nurse. For many years, Dave rode with the Nottingham Ambulance Squad where he volunteered for several years. He then joined the international union of operating engineers, local 68, and he was an electrician in Atlantic City Casinos before moving to North Carolina in 2004. While living in North Carolina, he was a master control operator for WSOC TV in Charlotte for the past 12 years. Dave was a former member of Our Lady of Sorrows-St. Anthony Parish and a member of Tuckerton Lodge #4, F&AM. He was a loving husband, father, son, and brother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. Dave is predeceased by his father, David F. Morgan; and left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 33 years, Janet (Lewinski) Morgan of Lexington, NC; his children, Nicole Morgan and Christopher Morgan, both of Lexington, NC; his mother, Joan Morgan of Hamilton Square; his brother, Daniel Morgan of Hamilton Square; and his beloved K9 companion, Circa. A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. The Tuckerton Lodge #4, F&AM will offer Masonic Services at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ. Masks are required for the gathering and funeral services of Mr. Morgan.
