Virginia Ruby Dancer Fraser age 76 of Austell, Georgia passed away on Thursday October 7, 2021.  She was born on August 21, 1945 in Haleyville, Alabama, daughter of the late Russell Dancer and the late Bertie Musgrove Dancer.
