Stanley Roy Warford Springdale, Newfoundland and Labrador Obituary

Stanley Roy Warford

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy Stanley Warford announces his passing at the Green Bay Health Centre in Springdale on October 5, 2021 at the age of 64. Roy was the eldest of 5 brothers and 1 sister. He worked as a scaler, logging contractor, miner, and cab driver and even spent a short time building boats. He loved sports, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. Most days you could see him cooking up a scoff of cooked dinner with lots of salt beef, pushing his chips to the center with a big “all in”, or following granddaughter Kennedy to one of her activities. He will be remembered most for is big personality, laugh and smile. Predeceased by his Father: William, Mother: Margaret, Brother: Albert Dean and Fur Grandbabies: Mikka and Marley. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Brenda Warford Daughters: Tanya (Steve) of Springdale, NL and Niki of Calgary, AB Granddaughter: Kennedy Also leaving to Mourn: Gary (Kin), Dudley (Laurie), Marion (Wayne), Tony, Rudy, Nieces and Nephews, along with a community full of friends.
