GREER, Gordon Stanley – age 47 of Indian Brook N.S. passed away suddenly at home on October 2, 2021. Born in Summerland, B.C., he was a son of Gordon S. Greer and E. Loraine Etter. His last employment was with HRM as a Building Code Inspector. Prior to his disability he loved playing hockey, baseball, fishing (especially fly fishing) hunting, and riding his quad. Gordon is survived by his father Gordon S Greer, Summerland BC, mother E. Loraine Etter, Indian Brook NS, brother Sam Alan Greer, Indian Brook, Godson (Nephew) Sutherland Peter Stanley Greer, Indian Brook. His niece Shaznay Angie Loraine Greer, Indian Brook. Nephew Miguel Thomas Andrew Greer, Indian Brook. Aunt Phyllis Marie Walde, Summerland BC, Uncles Donald D Paul, Indian Brook NS, and Stanley Etter, Summerland BC. Numerous cousins in NS., Ont., and BC. He was predeceased by his Paternal Grandmother and Grandfather Helen Phyllis Greer and Sam Greer , maternal Grandparents Allan S Etter, and Catherine Mary Etter, Uncle Malcom Etter, Aunt M. Phyllis Gorlick, Aunt Patricia Bakke, Uncle Jim Etter, niece Nichelle Greer (infant), nephew Sam Alan Jr. (toddler).
