Monty Steven Smith, Sr.
Monty Steven Smith, Sr., 69, of Bridgewater, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at his home. He was born in Mathias, West Virginia on November 9, 1951, a son of the late Ira and Gladys (Reedy) Smith. Monty was a truck driver for Golden Rule Homes for 20 years. He is survived by his children, Monty Smith, Jr. and wife Brandi, of Timberville, Roger Smith and Monica of Grottoes, Tina Morris and husband Andy, of Grottoes and step daughter, Angela Fink, of Old Fields, WV; two sisters, Wanda May, of Franklin, WV; Pauline Davis, of Rio, WV; brothers, Edward Lee Smith, Sr., of Mt. Solon; Cecil Smith, of Mathias, Bill Smith and wife, Donna. He was preceded in death by Mike Smith, Dennis Smith, Don Smith, Carl Smith, Betty Smith, Bobby Smith, and Jadean "Bill" Smith.
