Ruth Browder, 92, was originally from Whitefish Montana, after graduating high school she moved to Seattle in 1950. She had a brave adventurous nature. Ruthie became a riveter for Boeing assembling airplanes. That’s where she met the love of her life and the guy that made her laugh, Lloyd Raymond Browder. Ray and Ruth married on August 25th of 1957. She had 3 sons, Jack, Jimmy and Jeff and a daughter, Tina. She also has 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She faced challenges with a fighting spirit and a great sense of humor, to always get a little better each day. She’d say practice makes progress! She loved to work out and go to water aerobics classes well into her 90’s. She loved to inspire and spread kindness to everyone she met. She adored meeting new people and spreading a little bit of sunshine. She would say with a twinkle in her eye, if she could make someone smile, it tickled her heart!
