Robert Clarence Ensor Obituary

Robert Clarence Ensor, 90, of Westminster, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at his home with his loving nieces by his side.. Born September 24, 1931 in Greenmount, he was the son of the late Clarence and Viola Young Ensor. Mr. Ensor was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He worked at Maple Grove Saw Mill, and prior to retirement, he had worked for the Maryland State Highway Administration. He was a member of American Legion Post 31 in Westminster. He was an avid bowler in Hampstead, Reisterstown, and Westminster for many years. He enjoyed watching football, baseball, golf and taking long walks. It didn't take much to get a good laugh out of Bob. Surviving are his nieces, Connie Eckard and her husband Charles of Reisterstown, Dorothy Wyatt of Hanover, PA; nephew, Herbert Wyatt, Jr. and his wife Pat of Great Falls, MT; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Dorothy I. Wyatt and brother, Leroy F. Ensor. The family will receive friends Friday, October 8, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. Pastor Art Monroe will officiate. Interment will be in Greenmount United Methodist Cemetery, Hampstead.
