Donalda Anne Halm
It is with heavy hearts we announce, that after a courageous battle with cancer, the passing of Donalda Anne Halm(nee Young) in the Neepawa Hospital, on October 3rd 2021 with her family by her side. 
Donalda is survived by her mother Dyllis Young, daughter Michelle(Stephen), grandchildren Rhilee, Shayden, Kynley and Jaxon, sister Sherry(Wally)Zechowski, brothers Alex(Judy)Young and Jim Young, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by father Bill Young, niece Kelly Zechowski and nephew Darius Zechowski. 
Donalda was born in McCreary Manitoba on July 12th 1965 and grew up in the village of Riding Mountain. Always up for an adventure, she spent most of her adult life moving to multiple places all over both Manitoba and Alberta. She found her true calling in life when she went to college to become a healthcare aide in 2004. Her kind heart and nurturing demeanour touched many lives in the Bayside Personal Care Home in Killarney, Country Meadows Personal Care Home in Neepawa and home care. She loved to spoil her coworkers with her amazing baking and personalized knitted/crocheted gifts.
Donalda was a devoted mother and grandmother. She dedicated her free time to her grandchildren. Whether it was attending their sporting events, shopping trips, sleepovers or knitting/crocheting them hats, mitts and even stuffed animals of their favourite characters. 
She always put them first while having the biggest smile on her face. 
Donalda will always be remembered by her contagious laughter, bubbly personality, cheesy jokes and her kind heart. She was truly everyone's friend.
