It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Harrison Andrew Osmond, age 70, announces his passing on Monday, October 4, 2021, at the Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre. Harrison was the son of the late Stanley and Lillian Osmond. Harrison leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving wife of 47 years Loretta (nee Seaward), his children, Natasha (Dwayne) Morris, London, UK, Natalie (Zack) Chaisson, Mount Uniacke, NS, Neil (Samantha Carter),Port aux Basques, NL, Nikita (Colton Parsons) Corner Brook, NL and Bruce Musseau (Richard Ostle) Victoria, BC who he considered a son. His grandchildren, Garret, Marissa, Owen, Jaxon, Ryan, Tristan and Logan were his pride and joy. Harrison will be sadly missed by his brother and sisters, Eric (Cynthia) Osmond, Gertie Tapp, Margaret (Ed) Thomas, Maxine (Robert) House, Sandra (Wade) Landry and Sylvia Cross, his in-laws Lorne (Pam) Seaward, Wayne (Lillian) Seaward, Irving (Sylvia) Seaward, Alfred (Denise) Seaward, Dave Seaward (Patricia Benoit), Colleen Seaward, Randy (Heather) Seaward, Bob Wall and Susan Osmond as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, close family, relatives and friends. Harrison was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Leslie, Arthur, Lloyd, Wilson, Derick, Harold, Annie, Jane and Marjorie, brother-in-law, Leo Tapp, and Arthur Cross,sister-in-law Jean Osmond, mother and father-in-law Pearl and Shirley Seaward. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at the Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre who have provided exceptional care and a special thanks to the Dialysis team over the past five years whom he had a great appreciation for. In keeping with Harrison’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no formal visitation or funeral service at this time. A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street.
