Mary confessed Christ at an early age at Morning Star Baptist Church in Monroeville, Alabama and continued her dedication to Christ at Second Rose of Sharon Baptist Church in New Orleans, Lousiana.</span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Mary moved to New Orleans at the age of 18, where she worked various jobs until she settled as a Butcher for 39 years at Schwegmann's Super Market.</span></span></strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> </p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Mary met and married James W. Jones in 1969.
